Below you will find information on the differnent session I offer, what is included, and session fees. All session fees include time spent photographing and editing your session, my large collection of props, and a set of digital files in both color and b&w with personal print release. There is no requirement to purchase anything additional after your session. For the best print quality I highly recommend mpix.com for ordering prints and products on your own. Though, were you choose to order prints is completely up to you but Haley Willingham Photography is not responsible for print quality from private labs. For collections that don't include your entire gallery you can purchase additional digital files for $30 each or a discount will be provided for purchasing the full gallery.
A deposit is due to book your session to save that date/time for you on my calendar and will go toward your session fee. The remainder of your session fee is due at the time of your session (payment plans are available for Baby's First Year Packages).

COVID19 INFORMATION: Haley is up to date on all vaccinations including Covid19. She will be wearing a mask while working with newborn babies to protect them from not only Covid19 but other illnesses like RSV since she is in close proximity of the newborn during the shoot. The studio and props are sanitized after each session, hand sanitizer is available in multitude and used often by Haley during sessions.

2024 Mini Sessions
Newborn Sessions
Haley Willingham Photography specializes in newborn photography and has over 13 years experience working with and posing newborns. I know how to create a safe, peaceful environment that results in photos you will cherish forever. Newborn safety is always my #1 concern so you can rest easy knowing your baby is safe at all times with a photographer who has been trained in newborn safety and practiced it at her studio for 13+ years. While no pose is guaranteed, I do guarantee I will get a gallery full of images from your session in a variety of setups and poses. You do not need to worry about props for your newborn session. I have everything you need at my studio! Tons of wraps, headbands, hats, wood props, handmade outfits, baskets, and blankets. Newborn sessions flow quickly and usually last around 2 hours. I have developed a work flow that allows me to move quickly between poses so you do not have to spend all day at the studio. Some newborn sessions can last up to 3 hours if needed but they typically last 2 hours or less.
It is best to book your newborn session while you are still pregnant. I only shoot 8 newborn sessions a month so it is best to get on my calendar early. I also limit the number of Baby's First Year Packages I sell each month. This way I will be sure to have space on my calendar for whenever your baby arrives, even if it is before or after their due date. You can book your newborn session as long as your are at least 12 weeks along in your pregnancy.

Newborn + Family Session: $750
Includes up to 3 hours of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio and your choice of 25 digital images with print release from your online gallery. Includes wrapped, naked, knit outfits, prop, parent/sibling, and detail poses. A minimum of 10 differnent poses/setups of baby only and multiple family/sibling poses. Haley provides all accessories and props for your session. $250 deposit due when booking and $500 is due by the end of your session. Additional digital files and/or prints can be purchased after your session from your online gallery.

Classic Newborn Session: $650
Includes up to 2 hours of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio and your choice of 20 digital images with print release from your online gallery. Includes a minimum of 10 setups, wrapped, naked, knit outfits, prop and detail poses. This session is for newborn ONLY no parent or sibling photos will be taken. Haley provides all accessories and props for your session. $250 deposit due when booking and $400 is due by the end of your session. Additional digital files and/or prints can be purchased after your session from your online gallery.

Includes up to 1 hour of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio and your choice of 10 digital images with print release from your online gallery. Includes a minimum of 5 wrapped setups. Additional digital files and/or prints can be purchased after your session from your online gallery. Parent/Sibling photos are not included but can be added.

Maternity Sessions
Maternity sessions take place in my Shepherdstown WV studio or at an outdoor location within 20 miles of Shepherdstown, WV or Summit Point WV (where I live). I have a list of locations with example photos I will send you after booking to help you decide on a location. Maternity session take place when you are between 32-36 weeks along in your pregnancy and can include baby's father and siblings (except for the petite maternity session). I have a large collection of maternity gowns you are welcome to use for your session or you can bring your own.
Maternity & Family Session: $750
Includes up to 1 hour of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio or at an outdoor location within the service area, use of my collection of maternity gowns (3-5 are allowed depending on time), and all 75+ digital files in your online gallery with print release. $250 deposit due when booking and $500 is due by the end of your session. Baby's father and/or siblings are welcome to join you for the session.

Milestone Sessions
Milestone session are a great way to document how much your baby changes throughout the first year of their life and beyond! Milestone sessions take place at my Shepherdstown, WV studio on weekday or weekend morning/afternoons. I have a large collection of props and backdrops you can use for your session. Some of my most common Milestone Sessions are below but they can be booked anytime after 3 months of age.

Parent and/or sibling photos are included with each session if you wish to do them.
$400 due when booking, $300 is due at your Tummy Time, Sitter Sessions and Cake Smash Sessions.

Cake Smash Sessions
Cake Smash Sessions are a great way to document the end of your babies first year! We will work together to plan the perfect setup for your child in the theme/colors of your choice. All Cake Smash Sessions include the session setup, cake from Shepherdstown Sweet Shop and outfit for the cake smash. My backdrop collection below offers inspiration for your cake smash session but if I don't have a backdrop at the studio that will be perfect for your theme I will order one!

Includes a 1 hour session in my Shepherdstown, WV studio, photos before the cake smash in a different backdrop/outfit, cake smash setup and cake provided by The Shepherdstown Sweet Shop in the theme of your choice, bath tub splash photos after the cake smash on your setup with bubbles added in editing, and all 40+ digital images from your online gallery. Parent and/or sibling photos included and done on a simple backdrop before cake smash.
$250 deposit is due when booking and $450 is due by the end of your session.

I offer a variety of Baby's First Year Packages to capture all of the moments that are special to you within your baby's first year. As a special gift for booking a Baby's First Year Package, all sessions include family photos if you wish to do them.
Gold Baby's First Year Session Package: $2800

Senior Session Packages
I offer 3 differnent senior session package to capture your senior at a location(s) of your choice that showcase who they are at this very special time in their life. I will use the questionnaire you fill out to work with you to plan the perfect session. Senior sessions come with a set of digital files from your session with unlimited personal print release. You will be able to order prints, graduation announcements and anything else you need or want to remember this special time from the print lab of your choice.
Super Senior Session: $950
Includes up to 2 hours of session time at an outdoor location within 30 miles of Shepherdstown and a minimum of 100 digital files in both color and b&w with print release. 2 locations (time includes travel), and up to 3 outfits at each location. $250 deposit due when booking and $700 is due by the end of your session.

Family Session Packages
I love capturing the true love and connection of each family that I photograph. I offer a few differnent family session that cover everything from if you only want a few photos to extended family sessions. If you choose a deluxe, classic or extended family session you can choose your outdoor location from my location list or you can choose any location within 20 miles from Shepherdstown, WV or Summit Point, WV (where I live). I also offer family mini sessions at predetermined locations and dates throughout the year.
Family Session: $750
Includes up to 1 hour of session time at an outdoor location within 20 miles of Shepherdstown WV or Summit Point WV and all 75+ digital files from your session in an online gallery in both color and b&w with print release. Up to 6 people included additional people can be added for $25 each. 1 outfit change is allowed for full family sessions. $250 deposit due when booking and $500 is due by the end of your session.
