INVESTMENT
Below you will find information on the differnent session I offer, what is included, and session fees. All session fees include time spent photographing and editing your session, my large collection of props, and a set of digital files in both color and b&w with personal print release. There is no requirement to purchase anything additional after your session. For the best print quality I highly recommend mpix.com for ordering prints and products on your own. Though, were you choose to order prints is completely up to you but Haley Willingham Photography is not responsible for print quality from private labs. For collections that don't include your entire gallery you can purchase additional digital files for $30 each or a discount will be provided for purchasing the full gallery.
A deposit is due to book your session to save that date/time for you on my calendar and will go toward your session fee. The remainder of your session fee is due at the time of your session (payment plans are available for Baby's First Year Packages).

COVID19 INFORMATION: Haley is up to date on all vaccinations including Covid19. She will be wearing a mask while working with newborn babies to protect them from not only Covid19 but other illnesses like RSV since she is in close proximity of newborns during the shoot. The studio and props are sanitized after each session, hand sanitizer is available in multitude and used often by Haley during sessions.

Deluxe Newborn: $900
Includes up to 3 hours of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio and ALL 50+ digital images in your online gallery with print release. Full sessions include everything; wrapped, naked, prop, knit outfits, parent/sibling, and detail poses. A minimum of 12 differnent poses/setups of baby only and multiple family/sibling poses. Haley provides all accessories and props for your session. $200 deposit due when booking and $700 is due by the end of your session.
Classic Newborn: $650
Includes up to 2 hours of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio and 20 digital images of your choice with print release. Includes 8 setups, wrapped, naked, knit outfits, prop, parent/sibling, and simple detail poses. Haley provides all accessories and props for your session. $200 deposit due when booking and $450 is due by the end of your session.
Petite Newborn: $450
These are Baby Only Wrapped Sessions!
Includes up to 1 hour of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio, 5 wrapped setups and 10 digital images of your choice with print release. Not available for twin sessions. $200 deposit due when booking and $250 is due by the end of your session. Petite sessions do not include family photos.
Maternity Sessions
Maternity sessions take place in my Shepherdstown WV studio or at an outdoor location within 20 miles of Shepherdstown, WV or Summit Point WV (where I live). I have a list of locations with example photos I will send you after booking to help you decide on a location. Maternity session take place when you are between 32-36 weeks along in your pregnancy and can include baby's father and siblings (except for the petite maternity session). I have a large collection of maternity gowns you are welcome to use for your session or you can bring your own.

Deluxe Maternity Session: $800
Includes up to 1 hour of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio or at an outdoor location within 20 miles of 25446, use of my collection of maternity gowns (3-5 are allowed depending on time), and all 50+ digital files in your online gallery with print release. $200 deposit due when booking and $600 is due by the end of your session. Baby's father and/or siblings are welcome to join you for the session.
Classic Maternity Session: $550
Includes up to 1 hour of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio or at an outdoor location within 20 miles of 25446, use of my collection of maternity gowns (3-5 are allowed depending on time), and 20 digital files of your choice from your session delivered in an online gallery with print release. $200 deposit due when booking and $350 is due by the end of your session. Includes up to 45 minutes of session time in my Shepherdstown, WV studio use of my collection of maternity gowns (3-5 are allowed depending on time), and 10 digital files of your choice from your session delivered in an online gallery with print release. $200 deposit due when booking and $200 is due by the end of your session. Includes a classic newborn session and a classic maternity session. $200 is due when booking, $400 is due at your maternity session and $400 is due at your newborn session.
Deluxe Maternity & Newborn Session Package: $1300
(Savings Of $400)
Includes a deluxe newborn session and a deluxe maternity session with ALL 50+ digital files in your gallery form each session in both color and b&w. $200 is due when booking, $550 is due at your maternity session and $550 is due at your newborn session.
Milestone Sessions
Milestone session are a great way to document how much your baby changes throughout the first year of their life and beyond! Milestone sessions take place at my Shepherdstown, WV studio on weekday or weekend morning/afternoons. I have a large collection of props and backdrops you can use for your session. Some of my most common Milestone Sessions are below but they can be booked anytime after 3 months of age.

$100 deposit is due when booking and $100 is due by the end of your session.

Includes: 2 classic milestone sessions within baby's first year; Tummy Time Session (3-4 months), Sitter Session (6-8 months)and a Classic First Birthday Milestone or Cake Smash Session (12 months). $250 due when booking, $250 is due at your Tummy Time, Sitter Sessions and Cake Smash Sessions.
Cake Smash Sessions
Cake Smash Sessions are a great way to document the end of your babies first year! We will work together to plan the perfect setup for your child in the theme/colors of your choice. All Cake Smash Sessions include the session setup and cake from Shepherdstown Sweet Shop.

Includes a 60 minute session in my Shepherdstown, WV studio, photos before the cake smash in a differnent backdrop/outfit, cake smash setup and cake provided by The Shepherdstown Sweet Shop in the theme of your choice, bath tub splash photos after the cake smash on your setup with bubbles added in editing, and all 30+ digital images in your online gallery. For one child only! Add $50 for family images.

Classic Cake Smash Session: $450
Includes a 45 minute session in my Shepherdstown, WV studio, photos before the cake smash in your setup with cake smash outfit or other special outfit, cake smash setup and cake provided by The Shepherdstown Sweet Shop in the theme of your choice, bath tub splash photos after the cake smash on your setup with bubbles added in editing, and your choice of 10 digital images from your session. Family Session Packages
I love capturing the true love and connection of each family that I photograph. I offer a few differnent family session that cover everything from if you only want a few photos to extended family sessions. If you choose a deluxe, classic or extended family session you can choose your outdoor location from my location list or you can choose any location within 20 miles from Shepherdstown, WV or Summit Point, WV (where I live). I also offer family mini sessions at predetermined locations and dates throughout the year.

Includes up to 90 minutes of session time at an outdoor location within 20 miles of Shepherdstown WV and all 60+ digital files from your session in an online gallery with print release. Perfect for photos with grandparents, your sister's/brother's family etc... $200 deposit due when booking and $700 is due by the end of your session.
Family Mini Sessions: $300
Includes a 20 minute session and 10 digital files of your choice. One family (mom, dad and children) only. These take place on predetermined dates and times throughout the year at a variety of locations.
